GBP reinstatement (one-off)

Your GBP is suspended. Here’s what to do.

A suspended Google Business Profile cuts your calls 30-60% overnight. Maps visibility disappears overnight; organic rankings gradually fall as the link between your GBP and your website breaks. This is a high-urgency situation.

This is a one-off service. We do the diagnostic, submit the appeal, stay with the case through Google’s back-and-forth, and report back. Outcomes depend on Google’s decision, which I can’t control — but the path to maximising the chance of reinstatement is the work.

What the service delivers

Audit + diagnosis + appeal + follow-through

Full GBP audit identifying the suspension cause

Suspension-cause diagnosis in plain English — what triggered it, why, what needs to change for reinstatement to stick

Appeal draft + submission through Google’s reinstatement form

Follow-through on additional review requests (Google often asks for more mid-process)

Verification-document guidance: utility bills, signage photos, premise photos, founder-and-newspaper photo

Reset advice: short list of changes so the suspension doesn’t recur

If the cause is genuine virtual-address usage, I tell you upfront rather than take your fee. The audit is the value — without addressing the cause, appeals fail.

How I run reinstatement cases

Diagnose, collect, submit, follow

  1. Step 1. Diagnose. I pull the full GBP audit in 2-3 hours, identify the cause(s), and tell you what we need from you.
  2. Step 2. Collect. You send the verification documents I ask for. Format guidance included.
  3. Step 3. Submit + follow. The appeal goes in within 48h of receipt. I handle any Google mid-review requests and keep the case moving.

Questions

The high-urgency bits

Google doesn’t always say definitively, but the most common causes are: a virtual address (PO box, registered agent, mail forwarding) listed as the business address; keyword stuffing in the business name; duplicate profiles that Google found on its own; an address that doesn’t match the website or other citations; website issues flagged alongside the profile. The audit identifies which of these apply to you before we file the appeal.

Google’s stated timeline is 3-5 business days. In practice most reinstatements we work on resolve in 7-14 days. Some take longer, especially if additional verification documents are requested. We stay with you through the back-and-forth.

No — no honest agency can. Google makes the final call. What we do guarantee is that we file the strongest possible appeal, with the right documents, addressing the actual cause of suspension. If reinstatement isn’t achievable (e.g. the business address is genuinely virtual), we tell you upfront rather than take your fee.

Typically: utility bills at the GBP address, photos of business signage, photos of the inside of the premises, and a photo of the founder holding a recent newspaper at the address. We’ll tell you exactly what to send after the audit.

£250-£400 flat fee. Lower end for simpler cases (keyword stuffing, duplicate profiles); higher end for cases requiring multiple verification rounds.

Most denials are because the original evidence wasn’t enough, not because reinstatement is impossible. We re-appeal immediately with stronger evidence.

You can. The advantage of an outside agency is the diagnosis step — most appeals fail because the cause isn’t addressed in the appeal itself.

Usually within 48 hours of you contacting us. Audit in 2-3 hours, appeal submission typically the same day, Google responds within 3-14 days.

Ready to see what you're working with?

A suspended GBP is a real-urgency situation. Calls drop, organic rankings tail off, AI assistants stop recommending you. The sooner the diagnostic starts, the sooner you’re back online.

A quick honest note.

Fees cover the work we do, not outcomes we don't control. Once a fee is paid, it's not refundable — the work begins immediately. Search engine rankings, third-party platform decisions, audience reception: those are outside anyone's control. What we control is doing the work, reviewing it personally, and showing you every step in the dashboard. Full terms.
